-Usefully recordable data, which can be sent: operation parameters, door opening, working time, changes in fuel level, coordinates of covered routes, identification of trailers, temperature of cooling car, fixing the state of loading doors, working time of special units (e.g. separated cooler), loading time of loading vehicles, sent and not sent, but saved SMS messages (“can messages”) with a previously agreed content can be created by the driver by giving codes on the infra keyboard!

The data packages continuously are sent via internet in GSM/GPRS mode to the In-Kal GPS high-powered server. Our users can download the required data of their vehicles from this server via internet at any time.

If there is no GPRS connection above the route of the vehicle, then our equipment stores the data in its memory until the required GPRS connection is achieved, and then starts to send data to our server. The owner or his representative can look any previous data of any vehicle at any time, so he or she can check afterwards everything, at any time, without paying a volume fee!

Due to the high-performance memory unit in our GPS equipment, called a black box, our clients have the possibility to save high roaming fees in case of their foreign trips. Our memory unit was sized, so that it can save data of more than a few weeks; due to this you have the possibility for “passive tracking”. If the download of data is permitted only in Hungary, the collected data of the arrived vehicle can be checked afterwards without roaming expenses.

If it is necessary the fleet owner can ask for an actual (roaming fee is charged), foreign log report about the data of vehicle being abroad. Only an SMS command code should be sent to the phone number of the GPS installed in the car. By this way the equipment keeps sending the data until the GPRS connection is interrupted, or a new SMS command is sent to stop sending data!

By sending another command code you can make the foreign (roaming fee is charged) data sending continuous from your vehicle.

Of course there is also a possibility to stop sending foreign data.

The Customer ensures the SIM card necessary for the GPS equipments; therefore it must be activated for SMS and GPRS mode. The Customer should pay for the use of GPRS to his/her GSM service provider, this usually costs 1 500 Huf + VAT in Hungary per month and per vehicles. Abroad roaming charges are added.

For monitoring the vehicles we install our logistic dispatch software onto the client’s computer together with a Hungarian street and number-accurate map database, which contains 290 cities and 3540 villages, and a European map database, both of them can be used for fleet tracking. For your request we can adjust the software for your individual requirements.

The vehicles are equipped with the fleet tracking unit, which contains the GPS and an industrial mobile phone.

It is possible to operate the fleet tracking system in a “network”, the data of the vehicles can be displayed on other computers as well (by the determination of authority levels). It is also possible to connect our database to another database or management systems.

Storing the position and the data of operation in the memory of the unit (black box function):

GPRS data sending through the internet, on-line tracking!:

The data packages are sent in GPRS mode from the vehicles to the client’s (owner’s) computer through the internet. If there is no GPRS connection above the route of the vehicle, then our equipment stores the data in its memory until the required GPRS connection is achieved, and then starts to send data to our server.

The attributes of an “outsourced dispatch center”:

-Route display with the relevant time, speed and distance data, within the selected intervals.

-Making a log based on different selections, e.g. place of stops, routes, inactive time, the length of obligatory break time per days, or for the whole period.

- Diagram for fuel, speed, and working hours for the whole period.

- Making diagrams and recording signs of any analog (e.g. temperature, fuel level) and digital (e.g. state of doors (opened or closed), operation of different working processes of the construction vehicles, if it is controlled by electronic signals. Sending an alarm signal in case of differences from given parameters.

The possibility to display the whole fleet (or part of it) on one screen at the same time based on last coordinates.
